Onsen Hotel and Spa was developed for an adult clientele seeking a tranquil atmosphere and is therefore unsuitable for children under 18 years old.
Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. A $100 security deposit will be held upon check in, for incidentals.
Cancellations or modifications must be made by 11 AM, 72 hours before arrival.

Pet fee is $49/dog and covers 5 nights of pet stay. A maximum of 2 well-behaved pets are allowed per room with a total limit of 40lbs. Only dogs are allowed. No other pets are permitted and they can’t be left alone in the room.
We offer a continental breakfast basket, served daily from 7:30am to 10am.
Our lobby is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 4:30 p.m., please contact us in advance so we can provide self-check-in instructions.
Transient Occupancy Tax of 12.195% is charged on the room rate only.
Guests will be required to present a valid credit card and government issued identification at check-in that matches the guest name on the reservation. If you are using a company or other party’s credit card, an authorization form is required and must be on file at time of check-in.
We have one ADA compliant room on-site. If needed, please ensure it is requested at the time of reservation.
We are a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed in any guest-room, deck, balcony or public areas. If smoking occurs, there will be a $250 cleaning fee per night charged to your credit card.
Our housekeeping staff will enter daily for stay-over guests (more than one night) to freshen bathrooms, empty trash cans and make the bed. If any additional amenities are needed, please contact the front desk.
A late checkout fee of $50 will apply for any departures after the standard checkout time.
