CHECK-IN TIME, CHECK-OUT TIME, AND LATE ARRIVALS
Check-in time begins at 1:00 pm, however if your room is ready prior, we will be happy to check you in earlier.

ONE NIGHT DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING
At time of booking, we require a credit card deposit equal to the first night’s stay, plus tax.
At check-in, you will be charged the remainder of your stay.
If you choose to use a debit card to guarantee and pay for your stay, your bank will automatically hold additional funds, beyond the expected amount due, to cover any incidental charges.
Onsen Hotel is an adult facility, ID is required at check in for all guests.
SEVEN-DAY CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your reservation seven days or more prior to your arrival date, your initial deposit will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee.
If you cancel your reservation within seven days of your arrival date, or fail to cancel your reservation and fail to arrive, you will forfeit your deposit and be charged for all nights included in your original reservation.

Group Reservations: Three or more rooms, either booked together or individually by parties traveling together, constitutes a group reservation. Group reservations may require payment at the time of booking and a 30-to-60-day cancellation policy. An additional group booking fee may be required. These policies supersede policies shown on an individually booked reservation.
Holiday or Special Event Periods: Reservations during special event or holiday periods are subject to a longer cancellation policy, which will be stated in the confirmation notes. Should you not cancel your reservation within the specified timeframe, you will be charged for all nights of your original reservation. Additionally, a minimum night stay may be required, and early departures will be charged for the original reservation.
Reservations for seven days or more are subject to pre-payment of the entire amount at the time of reservation.
A 14-day cancellation policy applies to extended stays.
For all reservations canceled 14 days or more before the date of arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus a $25 processing fee.
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival, will forfeit 50% of the entire amount of the stay, plus tax.
EARLY DEPARTURE POLICY
Once checked-in, early departures are charged for the entire length of the original reservation.
OCCUPANCY & TOURISM TAX
Transient occupancy tax and a tourism tax is charged on the room rate only.

We highly recommend that you reserve directly with the hotel to receive the best rate, however, you may use third-party agents such as Expedia.com.
Should you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so through their website.

Your canine companion is welcome to stay at Onsen Hotel & Spa. Please know that there is only a few dog-friendly
rooms at our location and we provide complimentary use of a dog bed and bowls. Prior approval and a reservation must
be made for your four-legged friend. Dog-friendly hotel rooms are extremely limited so it's a good idea to book your stay
well in advance. Onsen Hotel & Spa takes all necessary measures to ensure the safety and comfort of all hotel guests and
dogs, so we ask that you observe a few simple rules.
– Reservations for dogs must be made and disclosed prior to arrival and are only allowed in select rooms and dogs
must be declared at check-in.
– Dog Fee: A non-refundable fee of $49 fee per 5 night stay will be charged for dog-friendly lodging. One well-
behaved canine per room is permitted. Dog owners will be liable for any additional cleaning bills or repairs,
should they be required.
– Please know we service and clean your room daily from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
o In order for our housekeepers to enter in your room the dog must not be in the room, or it must be
crated while you are near and attending to your dog. *You may request that housekeeping clean your
room at a specific time when you and your dog will be out of the room*
– Your dog cannot be left alone in your guest-room. If your dog is found in the room without you present, the
manager reserves the right to act, including eviction.
– In consideration of all hotel guests, dogs must be always leashed and attended to and are not permitted in the
